Dolphin comes with some default quote statuses in the Quote Status Dropdown.
Did you know that you can add your own custom status options to this list ?
This is how you do it :
Go into the Estimating Module and view the details of a quote
On the quote status dropdown , you will notice a small black + button just to the right.
Click on the plus.
Enter the name of the new Status
Close the pop up screen.
Things to be aware of
-- if you can't see a small minus button to delete the ones you don't want, call us , as this indicates your system was not setup correctly at installation.
-- Some older versions of Dolphin might show an error error when you click the button, in that case call us and we can assist ( or arrange an upgrade for you pronto)
